LAMOST 13th Data Release Version 0 (LAMOST DR13 V0) releases the spectroscopic data collected between October 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025, which corresponds to the data acquired during the third phase of LAMOST spectroscopic survey. This release contains two categories of spectroscopic data: low-resolution spectroscopy and medium-resolution spectroscopy. A total of 359 sky fields were observed for low-resolution spectroscopy, and 512 sky fields for medium-resolution spectroscopy. Specifically, 861,916 low-resolution spectra are released, including 843,603 stellar spectra, 3,855 galaxy spectra and 14,458 quasar spectra, alongside a spectroscopic parameter catalog encompassing 603,781 AFGK stars. In addition, this release provides 780,368 medium-resolution non-time-domain spectra, 1,104,398 medium-resolution time-domain spectra, as well as spectroscopic parameters for 733,903 stars.
