DIGESTION ACCELERATOR FOR LIGNOCELLULOSE MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PULP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digestion accelerator without using a quinone-hydroquinone-based compound such as anthraquinone and capable of separating lignin components and natural resin components with high efficiency by accelerating digestion of plant lignocellulose materials such as woods. SOLUTION: The digestion accelerator of the present invention is used for alkali digestion， kraft digestion or polysulfide digestion of lignocellulose materials and contains at least one compound selected from a group consisting of ascorbic acid， erythorbic acid， ascorbic acid derivative， erythorbic acid derivative， and the salts of the four compounds.
