The effects of the groups of species and breeds on the intercept and slope were significant (P<0.01). The linear relationship has the form HR = b0+ b1∙ODBA, where HR is heart rate (beats/min), ODBA is overall dynamic body acceleration (g), and b0 and b1 are the intercept and slope of the regression equation, respectively.
*Values are least square means with standard errors.
