This datasets contains fluorescence images in a mother machine (folder training_data_seg_mix/img), manually annotated segmentation masks (folder training_data_seg_mix/seg), and a trained DeLTA Keras model. All images are from GFP-tagged E. coli taken using a Nikon PLAN APO lambdaD 40x/0.95 N.A. objective, 450nm excitation wavelength, 100ms exposure, and a Teledyne Kinetix sCMOS camera.
