256x256 satellite imagery that contains smoke with labels of Light, Medium or Heavy density smoke.
1000 training samples (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023)
100 validation samples (every other 10 days for 2022)
100 testing (every other 10 days for 2022)
Data sources are NOAA's GOES imagery and NOAA's HMS smoke annotations.
