FEMA Geospatial Resource Center Data Catalog

The FEMA Geospatial Resource Center (FGRC) provides easy access to a wide range of disaster response resources needed before, during, and after disasters occur. All data and information are maintained in a secure environment and are available to the public and to decision-makers at the federal, state, and local level. Individual datasets from governmental, private sector, and volunteer agency partners, including HHS, Census, NASA, and many others, are accessible in the FGRC Content Gallery. More than 600 resources, e.g., datasets, maps, and applications, are organized by Hazard Specific Categories such as disaster types, e.g., Floods, Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Wildfires, Earthquakes, Snow and Winter Weather, and Other Disasters. The resources for each disaster type are further organized by Hazard Overview, Applications, Data & Imagery, State & Local Resources, and/or Historic Resources. Access to emergency management resources is also provided for each U.S. state and territory by the State GIS/Emergency Management Resources application. Other resources available in the FGRC Content Gallery include Predictive Models, Live Feeds, Incident Phases, and Base Data.美国联邦紧急事务管理局（FEMA）地理空间资源中心（FGRC）可为灾害发生前、发生期间及发生后的全流程应急响应资源提供便捷获取渠道。所有数据与信息均托管于安全可控的环境中，可面向公众以及联邦、州、地方各级决策者开放访问。来自政府、私营部门及志愿机构合作伙伴的各类独立数据集，包括美国卫生与公众服务部（HHS）、美国人口普查局（Census）、美国国家航空航天局（NASA）等在内的数十家机构提供的数据，均可在FGRC内容库中获取。该中心现有超过600项资源（涵盖数据集、地图与应用程序等），按灾害专项类别进行分类，具体包括洪水、飓风、龙卷风、野火、地震、降雪与冬季天气等灾害类型，以及其他灾害类别。每一类灾害对应的资源还会进一步按照灾害概览、应用程序、数据与影像、州与地方资源以及历史资源等维度进行细分组织。此外，州地理信息系统（GIS）/应急管理资源应用程序可为美国每个州及领地提供应急管理资源的访问入口。FGRC内容库中还涵盖其他类型资源，包括预测模型、实时数据流、事件阶段划分工具以及基础数据。
