This work explored the global spatiotemporal variabilities of sulfate aqueous-phase formation pathways in aerosols. Three supplementary datasets are provided, including Source Data of Figures, GEOS-Chem Simulation, and Datasets for Reference and Validation.
Source Data of Figures.xlsx presents the data used for Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4.
GEOS-Chem Simulation.xlsx shows the global simulation results for the surface layer in January, April, July, and October 2019, as well as the simulation results for the surface layer of selected urban areas in January 2001, 2005, 2009, 2013, 2017, and 2019.
Datasets for Reference and Validation.xlsx displays the published observation-based or reanalysis datasets that are used to verify the plausibility of the simulations, including the PM2.5 concentration, sulfate concentration, the ratio of sulfate and PM2.5, aerosol pH, aerosol liquid water content, and gaseous pollutants.
