This dataset contains plots for 22 Antarctic ice shelves. Plots show: MODIS visual imagery (Haran and others (2005)); ice-surface velocity (Rignot and others (2011)); along-flow strain rate; absolute transverse shear rate; ice speed, along-flow strain rate and mean strain rate sampled along flow line transect; along-flow strain rate, mean strain rate and standard deviation in strain rate along flow line transect.
