资源简介:
The study aims to investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of polycaprolactone (PCL)-loaded bone marrow stem cells (BMSC) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced RAW 264.7 cells using transcriptome sequencing. The primary goal is to understand the molecular mechanisms and gene expression changes associated with the combined treatment of PCL-BMSC and bFGF in comparison to LPS-only treated controls. This research is relevant as it may provide insights into potential therapeutic strategies for inflammatory diseases, highlighting the synergistic effects of biomaterial-based cell and growth factor delivery systems in modulating inflammatory responses at the transcriptomic level.
