Acer truncatum transcriptome

Acer truncatum Bunge is a deciduous tree belongs to the Aceraceae family (now incorporated into Sapindaceae) which is a unique tree species in China. Acer truncatum Bunge seed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which is a woody vegetable oil, which has great value in development and utilization.In this study, transcriptomics was used to explore the fatty acid synthesis pathway at different developmental stages of seeds (60, 90, 120, 135, 150, 165, 180, 195, 210 day after flowers), aiming to lay a theoretical foundation for the molecular-assisted breeding of germplasm rich in functional fatty acids.
