资源简介:

This record archives the artifact accompanying the FOIS 2026 paper "An Ontology Design Pattern for Functional Locations in Industrial Asset Management." The Functional Location Ontology Design Pattern (FL-ODP) separates five concerns of an industrial functional location: the persistent location (a bfo:Site), its functional-location code and equipment tag (two centrally registered identifiers that both denote the location), its specification (a directive information entity), and the installed equipment (a material artifact). The deposit contains: the OWL 2 DL ontology (odp-fl.ttl, v0.8, verified consistent with HermiT); an optional IOF-Maintenance bridge extension (odp-fl-maint.ttl); the bundled upper-ontology imports (BFO 2020, IAO, IOF Core 202602, IOF Annotation Vocabulary 202602) with an OWL catalog (catalog-v001.xml) for offline reasoning; seven SPARQL competency-question queries (cqs/cq1.rq through cq7.rq) and a runner; and an anonymized validation dataset from an offshore petroleum platform (a pressure-transmitter position with three documented sensor replacements, a maintenance note, and a ten-year measured time series indexed by the site). The ontology is also published at its resolvable IRI: https://www.inf.ufrgs.br/ontologies/odp/functional-location.
