Data collected from civil engineering contractors registered on the Construction Industry Development Board, and stakeholders with adequate experience in civil infrastructure project execution.Methods adopted are: Used mixed method for data collection. Used descriptive analysis, factor analysis (FA), path analysis for quantitative data and used content analysis for qualitative data. Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) for mitigation model development.
