Data batch direct download service (WFS): Potential for cyclist transfer to the commune in Ile-de-France

Estimate of the potential for modal shifting to the municipality, i.e. the number of employees using a personal vehicle or public transport within a radius of 4 and 8 km from the centre of the municipality (i.e. 20 and 40 minutes by bike respectively at a low speed in urban areas of 12 km/h) by the intersection between the 2016 INSEE data on commuting between residence and working commune by transport modes and isodistence in the centre of the municipalities.
