Minutes of the 87th IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 24 July 2022 in Dublin, Ireland. The Board approved minutes from the previous meeting, acknowledged the results of extraordinary elections for President-elect and Treasurer, and reviewed financial matters including the 2021 audited statements for IFLA Holding B.V. and its subsidiaries. Key decisions included retaining reserves without dividend distribution, approving the Treasurer’s statement, and initiating a survey on National Association members’ costs. The Board also reviewed WLIC 2022 preparations and received reports from Advisory Committees on FAIFE, CLM, Cultural Heritage, and Standards. An executive session followed.
