ImageJ macro to determine the permeability of tubular cell monolayers

This code has been developped in the work DOI: 10.1016/j.isci.2023.107141. It determines the diffusive permeability for endothelial microvessels for each time point of confocal time series and for both sides of the vessel.本代码系基于DOI: 10.1016/j.isci.2023.107141的研究工作开发所得。该代码可针对共聚焦时间序列（confocal time series）的每个时间点与血管两侧，计算内皮微血管（endothelial microvessels）的扩散渗透率（diffusive permeability）。
