Proteomic identification and quantitative comparison of WT and hdfR mutant strains at 21°C and 37°C

This dataset contains 22 Excel files corresponding to proteomic analyses performed on wild-type (WT) and hdfR mutant strains grown at two temperatures (21°C and 37°C). Twenty files report protein identifications obtained under the four experimental conditions (WT 21°C, WT 37°C, hdfR 21°C, hdfR 37°C). Two additional files contain quantitative proteomic data allowing direct comparison of protein abundance between WT and hdfR strains at 21°C and at 37°C, respectively.
