Rice mineral data

The study evaluated the nutritional profile of two improved rice genotypes with two traditionally adapted rice landraces. The results revealed significant variations (p <0.05) in proximate and mineral composition among the four selected rice genotypes. Findings from this work are expected to support future breeding efforts, enhance the competitiveness of locally produced rice, and reduce dependence on imported rice by promoting high-quality, consumer-preferred alternatives.
