To investigate the function zebrafish bmp8a and mouse Bmp8a in the regulation of adipogenic differentiation, we have established 3T3-L1 stably transfected target gene cell line using lentivirus. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different cells. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for 3T3-L1 cells and its Stable cell lines (LV-zsGreen, LV-bmp8a, and mouse-LV-Bmp8a).
