Samples from a dynamic and multi-compartment model testing the type of inoculation (real intestinal content or fecal content)

The study aims to improve a dynamic and multi-compartment model. Indeed, the model includes a microbiota in an ileum bioreactor and a microbiota in a colon bioreactors.Discrepancy exists in the model between the microbiota of the ileum bioreactor and the microbiota found in vivo.The study highlights the necessity to give oxygen to the ileum bioreactors to improve the microbial profile of the bioreactor.
