mPAT approach was used to determine changes to 3'UTR length in yeast upon mutation of cleavage and polyadenylation factor subunits compared to wild type cells Overall design: Yeast cells were grown at 25ºC until an OD600 of 0.6 was reached then transferred to 37ºC for 1 hour before harvesting. Replicates were pooled and samples were analysed via mPAT using the Illumina MiSeq platform.
