This study isolated exosomes from from normal macrophages (NC-Exo) and EPO-stimulated macrophages (EPO-Exo) to expolre the exactly molecular mechanisms of EPO in the interaction between macrophages and BMSCs. miRNA-seq for NC-Exo and EPO-Exo was analysed by bioinformatics.
