mRNA sequence analysis of zebrafish embryos injected with the codon tag reporter library

We measured the effect of codons on mRNA stability in zebrafish embryos using reporter mRNAs. We showed that slow decoding of codons by the ribosome promoted mRNA degradation in zebrafish. Overall design: zebrafish embryonic mRNA profile at 2 different stages (2 hpf and 6 hpf) in wildtype and znf598 mutant. All experiments are performed as duplicates
