In this study, we demonstrate that depletion of grp94 in NK cells lead to immaturities and weakened anti-tumor function of NK cells. To talidate our assumption, RNA-seq was performed on mature NK cells (DX5+) sorted from spleen of WT and NK specific-gp96 knockout mice.
