资源简介:
Dataset Abstract The gene transfer study is a long-term study at the Main Site complex, in which a series of small plots are treated with different levels of 2,4-D in order to examine the genetic change in soil microbes. The plots were established in 1992 and are now planted to grass mown once per year. Populations of 2,4-D-metabolizing bacteria were determined using plasmid gene probes and MPN plate counts. original data source http://lter.kbs.msu.edu/datasets/13
