乳酸(lactic acid)对<i>Komagataella phaffii</i>(毕赤酵母)的甲醇利用基因具有抑制作用。转录因子基因<i>MXR1</i>与<i>MIT1</i>的过表达,可显著上调<i>AOX1</i>(醇氧化酶1)与<i>FDH1</i>(甲酸脱氢酶1)的表达水平,并在生物反应器培养中提升以甲醇(MeOH)为底物的乳酸合成效率。将甲醇(MeOH)浓度维持在2%时,有利于乳酸的合成与生产。
