Female rats were exposed to vehicle or the EDC mixture NeuroMix (NMX) from embryonic days 8 - 18. RNA was collected from hypothalamic regions, ventromedial nuclei and arcuate nuclei, anterior pituitary, and ovary and testes in offspring in adulthood (~P90). RNA was analyzed using tag-based RNA sequencing to characterize developmental changes in bulk gene expression across the HPG axis after exposure to a mixture of EDCs.
