本数据集主要面向以解决磁悬浮轴承系统中保护轴承抗跌落次数少的难题为出发点,而开展的磁悬浮轴承保护轴承失效机理探索,包括通过建立动力学、热力学和摩擦学等多因素耦合模型,分析保护轴承内部主要劣化过程和表征参数。通过试验测得到表征参数对该耦合模型进行修正,建立揭示磁悬浮转子跌落过程保护轴承失效和寿命演化机理的数学模型。数据集来源于课题磁悬浮轴承转子跌落动力学分析及保护轴承失效机理研究时得到的结果。主要包括磁悬浮轴承转子跌落动力学仿真数据、摩擦对涡动转速的参数化研究数据、接触力和发热评估数据等。数据量大小为107MB。
This dataset is developed for studying the failure mechanism of protective bearings in magnetic suspension bearing systems, aiming to address the challenge of insufficient anti-drop cycles of protective bearings in magnetic bearing systems. It involves analyzing the main degradation processes and characteristic parameters inside protective bearings by establishing multi-factor coupling models covering dynamics, thermodynamics and tribology. The coupling model is corrected using characteristic parameters obtained through experimental measurements, and a mathematical model is established to reveal the failure and life evolution mechanism of protective bearings during the drop process of magnetically levitated rotors. The dataset is derived from the results of the research project titled "Dynamic Analysis of Magnetic Bearing Rotor Drop and Failure Mechanism of Protective Bearings". It mainly includes dynamic simulation data of magnetic bearing rotor drop, parametric research data on the effect of friction on whirl speed, contact force and heat generation evaluation data, etc. The total size of the dataset is 107 MB.
