East Pacific Rise size fractionated microbiota

These data are collected from water overlying the east pacific rise corresponding to the manuscript Quantitative microbial taxonomy across particle size, depth, and oxygen concentration by Paulina Huanca-Valenzuela, Clara A. Fuchsman, Benjamin J. Tully, Jason B. Sylvan, Jacob A. Cram with expected publication in 2025 Full methodology are given in the paper. In brief samples were collected at approximately 9°50.87'N, 104°18.14'W. They were collected through seven filter size classes 0.2, 1.2, 5, 20, 53, 180 and 500 μm. Volumes were tracked, and a spike in sequence was added. Information about the files can be seen in the attached README.md file.
