THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF PREPARING STUDENTS FOR ORGANIZING SPIRITUAL AND EDUCATIONAL WORK

This thesis analyzes the theoretical foundations of preparing students for organizing spiritual and educational work. In the modern education system, the spiritual maturity of young people, their upbringing in the spirit of respect for national values, and increasing their social activity are of great importance. From this point of view, the issue of preparing students for the effective organization of spiritual and educational activities in higher educational institutions is one of the urgent pedagogical problems. The thesis highlights the content of spiritual and educational work, the principles of their organization, and the pedagogical and theoretical foundations of preparing students for this activity. It also analyzes the importance of innovative pedagogical approaches in the formation of spiritual values in students, their initiative and social responsibility.
