File "R_Scripts_biodiversity_indicators.zip" includes codes for calculating the biodiversity impact on the terrestrial vertebrates of the Cerrado biome using the countryside Species Area Relationship (cSAR), the Species Threat Abatement and Restoration (STAR) metric and the Species Habitat Index (SHI).

File "results_biodiversity_indicators.zip" includes the result tables of the calculations done with the above mentioned codes.
