在衰老小鼠海马体中存在一类功能异常的星形胶质细胞(astrocytes)新类群,被命名为自噬失调星形胶质细胞(autophagy-dysregulated astrocytes, APDAs)。该类群细胞存在蛋白质稳态受损、突触形成与消除的调控缺陷,且在阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease)小鼠模型中早期出现。本数据集通过对2岁龄野生型(WT)小鼠脑组织开展单细胞RNA测序(single cell RNA-seq),共分析了6个海马体样本。
