Provenance-audited underwater acoustic delay-statistic dataset and support-aware resampler (Korean coastal measurement campaigns)

Processed channel-observation and performance tables (7,342 / 83,304 rows), per-record environment provenance manifest with SHA-256 hashes of the source workbooks, support-aware conditional resampler source code (seed 2026), condition-support catalogs, generated samples and delay-power templates, and all validation reports for the manuscript "From Archived Measurements to Validated Channel Simulation: Provenance-Audited Resampling of Underwater Acoustic Delay Statistics from Korean Coastal Waters" (Applied Ocean Research, submitted). The original measurement workbooks and raw acquisition archive are proprietary and not included; reproduction from the released processed dataset is documented in REPRODUCE.md.
