Field-satellite matchup dataset for Sentinel-2 chlorophyll-a modelling across heterogeneous inland waterbodies

This dataset contains the field-satellite matchup data used in the study “Evaluation of minimal local recalibration for reducing transfer error in Sentinel-2 chlorophyll a estimation across heterogeneous waterbodies”. It includes waterbody identifiers, sampling and Sentinel-2 acquisition dates, pelagic reference point coordinates, laboratory-measured chlorophyll-a concentrations, auxiliary water-quality variables, extracted Sentinel-2 reflectance values, and calculated spectral indices used in the modelling workflow.本数据集包含了研究《评估最小局部重校准方法以降低异质水体中Sentinel-2叶绿素a（chlorophyll a）估算的迁移误差》所使用的野外-卫星匹配数据（field-satellite matchup data），涵盖水体标识符、采样与Sentinel-2影像获取日期、开阔水体参考点坐标、实验室测定的叶绿素a浓度、辅助水质变量、提取的Sentinel-2反射率值，以及建模流程中使用的计算光谱指数。
