Cognitive testing and questionnaire data from survivors of COVID-19.

These data comprise the cognitive test and survey data used in the publication, \"Seeing through brain fog: disentangling the cognitive, physical, and mental health sequalae of COVID-19.\" In this online study, we recruited participants from around the world who reported having had a positive test for COVID-19. After signing up, participants completed a survey with items about demographics, health, and COVID-19 history. These (organized) questionnaire data are found in one .CSV file of this dataset. Following the questionnaire, participants completed 12 cognitive tasks of the Cambridge Brain Sciences online test battery - which we have used for other large scale online studies of cognition (see e.g., Hampshire et al., 2012, Wild et al. 2018). These (parsed and organized) data are found in a separate .CSV file in this dataset.
