TESTING OF THE TRAINING LEVEL (PHYSICAL, FUNCTIONAL, AND TECHNICAL–TACTICAL) OF YOUNG BOXERS AGED 13–15 AND THE RESULTS OF A PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIMENT
收藏资源简介:
This thesis examines traditional and comprehensive testing methods, as well as the technology of a pedagogical experiment, aimed at assessing the physical, functional, and technical–tactical training level of young boxers aged 13–15. Physical fitness was evaluated using 60 m sprint, standing long jump, balance tests (static and dynamic), endurance tests (3000 m run), and coordination exercises. Comprehensive exercises (12 movements) were performed for 3 minutes of net working time. The pedagogical experiment was based on the preparation model for the Uzbekistan Championship and consisted of four mesocycles (basic, specialized, and pre-competition), focusing on optimizing pre-competition training and developing coordination abilities. The results were statistically analyzed using Microsoft Excel (mean values, standard deviation, correlation analysis, and Student’s t-test). The study demonstrates that systematic monitoring of young boxers’ training and an individualized approach make it possible to achieve higher training effectiveness.
