Data for the article: Evaluating the expansion of African species into Europe driven by climate change

The dataset entitled "Presence-Ausence_9AfricanBirds.csv" corresponds to the breeding presence-absence of the nine African bird species used in our study, downloaded from the citizen science platform eBird (https://ebird.org). The uploaded dataset contains 10 columns whose information is explained below: - Column 1 (CUAD_ID) --> Identifier of each Operational Geographic Unit (OGU) in our study area. - Column 2 (Embe_saha) --> Breeding presence (1) / absence (0) of the House Bunting (Emberiza sahari) in each OGU. - Column 3 (Pycn_barb) --> Breeding presence (1) / absence (0) of the Common Bulbul (Pycnonotus barbatus) in each OGU. - Column 4 (Phoe_mous) --> Breeding presence (1) / absence (0) of the Moussier's Redstart (Phoenicurus moussieri) in each OGU. - Column 5 (Spil_sene) --> Breeding presence (1) / absence (0) of the Laughing Dove (Spilopelia senegalensis) in each OGU. - Column 6 (Tcha_sene) --> Breeding presence (1) / absence (0) of the Black-crowned Tchagra (Tchagra senegalus) in each OGU. - Column 7 (Gyps_ruep) --> Breeding presence (1) / absence (0) of the Rüppell's Vulture (Gyps rueppelli) in each OGU. - Column 8 (Apus_affi) --> Breeding presence (1) / absence (0) of the Little Swift (Apus affinis) in each OGU. - Column 9 (Curs_curs) --> Breeding presence (1) / absence (0) of the Cream-colored Courser (Cursorius cursor) in each OGU. - Column 10 (Bute_rufi_cirt) --> Breeding presence (1) / absence (0) of the Atlas Long-legged Buzzard (Buteo rufinus cirtensis) in each OGU.
