text files showing analytical ultracentrifugation data for 3 specific peptides at 80 µM which exhibited aggregation at 800 µM.Peptide solutions were prepared at 800 µM in PBS with 5% v/v DMSO, along with subsequent dilution in the same diluent at 80 µM. Sedimentation equilibrium experiments were performed at 20°C using an analytical ultracentrifuge (ProteomLab XL-A; Beckman Coulter. Brea, USA). Double carbon-epoxy cells were used to house the sample and reference buffer, and the samples were subjected to centrifugation at 50,000 g for 14- hours. The absorbance across the cell was measured at 280 nm at regular intervals during the run to ascertain when equilibrium had occurred. Molecular masses at equilibrium were determined as a single ideal species using the software Heteroanalysis. Data shown is from single independent experiments.
