The formation of AOB colonies on agar plates is influenced by certain environmental adverse factors. Based on this, comparative transcriptome analysis was conducted on AOB strains on liquid culture medium and sealed solid plates. This analysis provides theoretical support for optimizing solid culture and separation and purification of AOB.
