Gut microbiome sequences and summary statistics generated as part of Project Acheron. What follows are brief file content descriptions: ProjectAcheron_Microbiome_Abundances.xlsx - An excel spreadsheet that maps taxonomically annotated OTU abundances to Project Acheron samples. seqs.fna.zip - The high quality and trimmed V4 16S forward read sequences used in this study. RBP_Map_ForwardReads.tab - A QIIME mapping file that relates sample metadata to sample identifiers. otu_table.biom - A biom formatted table that maps taxonomically annotated OTU abundances to samples. otu_table.tab - A tab-delimited table that maps taxonomically annotated OTU abundances to samples. bray_curtis_dm.tab - A pairwise Bray-Curtis distance matrix. unweighted_unifrac_dm.tab - A pairwise unweighted UniFrac distance matrix. canberra_dm.tab - A pairwise Canberra distance matrix. weighted_unifrac_dm.tab - A pairwise weighted UniFrac distance matrix.
