Identification and analysis of lncRNA response to quinclorac stress in tobacco

This study was to investigate lncRNAs under quinclorac stress in tobacco. Tobacco seedlings were treated with quinclorac at concentration of 0.2 mg/kg in aqueous solution. Samples were collected before treatment (CK) and at 0.5, 2, 6, 12, and 24 hours after treatment. RNA-seq was utilized to perform the sequencing. The responsive lncRNAs were identified and analyzed.
