The expression of lncRNA PART1 was found to be significantly upregulated in platinum-sensitive patients with ovarian cancer, and this upregulation was positively correlated with a favorable prognosis. Cellular experiments demonstrated that inhibition of PART1 led to cellular senescence and increased resistance to cisplatin and PARP inhibitors. Thus, LncRNA PART1 is a novel target for overcoming resistance to PARP inhibitors in ovarian cancer. To investigate the comprehensive function of lncRNA PART1 in the regulation of PARP inhibitor sensitivity, we established A2780 cell lines in which PART1 has been knocked down by siRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seg data for A2780 cells and its KD derivatives.
