RNA sequencing analysis of genes related to manganese toxicity in Vibrio parahaemolyticus

RNA sequencing analysis was used to compare the transcriptome of the wild strains under normal conditions and manganese stress conditions. The data showed that some genes, such as mneA and terC, were significantly differentially expressed under manganese stress. The transcription profiles of wild type strains incubated under H2O and 1 mM Mn2 + conditions were compared. Three biological replicates were set for each condition.
