Murine splenic dendritic cells were purified using anti-CD11c antibody combined with streptavidin magnetic beads. CD11c+ DC fraction was further sorted as CD11clowB220+ pDCs, CD11chighCD8+ cDC1 and CD11chighCD4+ cDC2 populations. DNA was extracted from combining 3 such purified fractions and subjected to WGBS analysis. Raw sequence reads are submitted herewith were analyzed to assess the differentially methylated regions (DMRs) between these DC subtypes.
