El Rito Ecological Analysis: Sustainability for Current and Future Land Uses

NM EPSCoR RII3 is designed to enhance research competitiveness through investment in three strategic areas: (1) critical Research Infrastructure, (2) Cyberinfrastructure, and (3) Human Infrastructure. These investments will help establish NM as a laboratory for climate change research, and as a model for science‐based public policy. The multi‐disciplinary, multi‐scale effort is envisioned to transform climate change science and policymaking in NM by providing the tools required for quantitative, science‐driven discussion of difficult water policy options facing the State in the 21st Century. This document is a final project report for the El Rito Watershed Ecological Analysis study.新墨西哥州EPSCoR RII3项目旨在通过三大战略领域的投入提升科研竞争力：（1）关键科研基础设施（Critical Research Infrastructure），（2）网络科研基础设施（Cyberinfrastructure），（3）人力基础设施（Human Infrastructure）。此类投入将助力新墨西哥州打造为气候变化研究的试验基地，并成为基于科学制定公共政策的标杆。这项多学科、多尺度的研究计划，将通过提供量化分析工具，支撑针对21世纪该州面临的复杂水资源政策议题开展以科学为导向的研讨，从而革新新墨西哥州的气候变化科学研究与政策制定工作。本文件为《埃尔里托流域生态分析》研究的最终项目报告。
