FCS files related to the submission Han et al. "Differential dynamics of the maternal immune system in healthy pregnancy and preeclampsia". PBMC samples collected from 12 healthy control and 11 patients with preeclampsia 2 time points during their pregnancy. Samples were recovered from frozen storage, rested in 10%FBS RPMI for 2 hours, stimulated with LPS (1ug/ml) and IFNa (100ng/ml) for 15min, and fixed with PFA for 10min. Stained samples were run on Helios mass cytometry instrument.
