RNA-Sequencing data: Differentially regulated genes in unstimulated (CTL) and with noradrenaline stimulated (NA) isolated murine neutrophils with a specific deletion of the Adrb2 (KO) vs. controls (WT)

3 Cre- and 3 Cre+ mice with a neutrophil specific deletion of the adrenoreceptor beta 2 were sacrificed and neutrophils were isolated from the long bones. Afterwards, an in vitro experiment was conducted where half of the neutrophils of each mouse were stimulated for 3 hours at 37 °C with 10^-5 M Noradrenaline while the other half was kept in normal culture medium as control. Neutrophil RNA was isolated and RNA-sequencing performed.
