Ehrens et al., 2024, Viable and dead microfilariae of Litomosoides sigmodontis induce different eosinophil ETosis pathways

RNA sequencing analysis of bone marrow-derived eosinophils stimulated with viable and dead Litomosoides sigmodontis microfilariae. The data contains the differentially expressed genes for eosinophils stimulated with microfilariae in comparison to unstimulated eosinophils. Differentially expressed genes with an adjusted p-value of 0.01 or lower was used for pathway analysis.本数据集针对经活态与死态Sigmodont鼠丝状线虫（Litomosoides sigmodontis）微丝蚴（microfilariae）刺激的骨髓源性嗜酸性粒细胞（bone marrow-derived eosinophils）进行RNA测序分析。数据涵盖经微丝蚴刺激的嗜酸性粒细胞与未刺激嗜酸性粒细胞之间的差异表达基因（differentially expressed genes）信息，本研究选取校正P值（adjusted p-value）≤0.01的差异表达基因用于通路分析（pathway analysis）。
