The Analysis of HBV-ACLF plasma-derived exosomal sncRNA-seq

To identify the sncRNAs related to HBV-ACLF, we performed small RNA-seq in plasma exosomes collected from 3 normal subjects, 4 chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients with flare and 6 HBV-ACLF patients in the discovery cohort. Overall design: Small RNA-seq profiles of the 13 subjects(3 normal subjects, 4 chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients with flare and 6 HBV-ACLF patients) were generated by high-throughput sequencing , using Illumina 3000.The software SPORTS (version 1.1)was applied to annotate the raw sncRNA-seq data with one mismatch tolerance.
