D2_staticfields.nc: Static fields used in the MarsWRF model of Gale Crater's atmospheric circulation.

p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica} This netCDF file includes topographic height (HGT), roughness length (ZNT), albedo (ALBEDO) and thermal inertia (THC) as a function of longitude (XLONG) and latitude (XLAT) in domain 5 (the innermost nest) of the MarsWRF atmospheric model of the Martian atmosphere, which completely covers Gale Crater. In this simulation, these are all static fields, hence only one time output is needed.These data are used to produce Figures in the paper “Convective vortex and dust devil predictions for Gale Crater over three Mars years and comparison with MSL-REMS observations” - JGR-Planets, 2019 - by C.
