Notice that I have ESTIMATED final age for a few WTPD females that lived for a minimum of 4 years. For analysis, I have created a new variable = NEWFINAL AGE. NEWFINAL AGE is THE SAME as FINAL AGE IN MOST CASES. But if I have data for 3 years for a female for which I do not know her exact age, I have scored for NEWFINAL AGE as 3 for the last year for which I have data. SOME of these females might have reproduced before or after I collected the three consecutive years of data. But the number of females here must be small, and the larger error seems to be to ignore data from these females. For my analysis of LRS vs final age, I will compare LRS FOR BABIES and LRS FOR YEARLINGS with BOTH (a) FINAL AGE and (b) NEW FINAL AGE. These data also used for Fig 11.4 in Hoogland 2026. This file ready for longterm storage on 17 Feb 2025, and again on 27 Feb 2025. For analyses of weanlings vs yearlings over female's lifetime, I only use data when LRS for weanlings >=1.
